Ms. Bohman launched Bohman Marketing & Communications, LLC in 2001 after identifying a need in the market for a more strategic and results oriented approach to marketing and communications. The company has rapidly grown to serve B2B businesses in the areas of technology, software, finance, professional services, telecom as well as non-profit organizations. Her experience in B2B marketing includes launching international/multiple sales channels and aligning strategies to support sales She has successfully served on two Advisory Boards through Business First, focusing on strategy and implementation of plans.

In addition to strategic marketing planning, her firm specializes in branding and positioning, e-marketing, web presence, public/media relations, sales materials, web seminars and working with multiple sales channels. Her experience includes developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for national brands to local firms, including fast growing notable companies recognized by “U.S. Small Business Administration Small Business of the Year Award”, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Business First Fast Fifty, Inc 500 and Fast Company lists.

Prior to launching Bohman Marketing & Communications, she served for over 15 years in senior management positions in strategic marketing, communications, advertising and media relations National brand and local firms such as Verizon, T-Mobile,, Software Firms, and a major advertising and public relations firm.

Ms. Bohman currently serves on the board of the American Marketing Association, and  United Way of Delaware County; and has recently served on the board of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate of Delaware County), Short North Neighborhood Foundation, The Ronald McDonald House Communications Committee and has served on the board of the American Advertising Federation. She has twice received the “Bronze Quill” award from International Association of Business Communications (IABC), and has also received two Prism Awards from The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She has been a guest speaker at The Ohio State University and Miami University. Ms. Bohman also volunteers her time for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Franklin County.

Ms. Bohman received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Wright State University and performed graduate studies at The OSU School of Journalism.
